On Thursday 2nd May Year 3 had a fantastic day experiencing what life might have been like on board the famous Titanic. 

We learnt how to play children's outdoor games from the early 1900's. This included skipping games, clapping games and noughts and crosses. 

In the afternoon, the children experienced what it would be like to be a 'first class', 'second class' and 'third class' passenger onboard. In third class, they danced on the tables and had a party! In second class, they played board games and card games. In first class, they learnt how to do the waltz and pretended they were at a ball!
